Mint Brownies are a family tradition at our house. Every Christmas you'll find all of us asking 'did Mom make mint brownies?!' The festive green center makes this dressed up brownie a cheerful holiday statement to add to your dessert table! Bonus: You can make it ahead and freeze it until your Christmas company arrives!

Pro Tips:
We have doubled the mint layer - we love it!
We use only high quality chocolate chips when making this ganache. Ghirardelli's 70% cocoa is what we used in this batch, but you can use semi-sweet as well.
When you're ready to cut these beauties, using a sharp knife when almost thawed seems to offer the best result - wiping the knife down between slices also helps to keep the lines clean and pretty!
You can find Creme de Menthe at almost any liquor store - we recommend it for this recipe. Use more or less to taste and for a depth of color that you desire.
Enjoy!
