Nana's Cinnamon Sugar Roll Ups

It's encouraged at our house after a birthday, to enjoy a slice of cake with your coffee the next morning. There's something so wonderful about a sweet treat with coffee - I'm not sure if the coffee makes the cake taste better, or the cake makes the coffee taste better...regardless, it's a must try!


For those days where there isn't birthday cake in the fridge waiting to be paired with coffee and something sweet is calling your name, today's Cinnamon Roll Ups are always a hit!


What's even better is today's recipe uses leftover pie crust from last week's Quiche recipe, making it delicious and easy! Today's recipe is also an ode to our grandmother, Nana, who made these with her leftover homemade pie crust dough as a treat for our mom and her siblings!
